Taylor Heinicke Plays Well In Victory
12 months agoAtlanta Falcons quarterback Taylor Heinicke was tasked with drawing the start under center for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. The veteran signal-caller was able to hold his own during this game. He completed 23-of-33 passing attempts for 229 yards with a touchdown in the win over the Colts. Heinicke nearly threw an interception, but it was dropped. He also fumbled the ball, but was able to recover it. Heinicke did a nice job of managing the game and helped keep the Falcons alive in the playoff picture. Fantasy managers should consider Heinicke a low-end QB2 for next week's matchup against the Chicago Bears.
