7 months agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Tanner Roark allowed three runs in five innings of work in a 6-5 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday. Roark struck out four and scattered seven hits along the way. The veteran hurler has been an unspectacular performer for his new team, posting a 5.79 ERA and nine strikeouts in 10 1/3 innings of work, spanning two starts. Roark isn't a must-own in National League-only leagues but he can be useful as a streamer in favorable matchups. He will not be a recommended option in his next scheduled start, which will come against the St. Louis Cardinals.--Matt Terelle - RotoBaller
