2 years agoWashington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie (upper body) will remain out Thursday against Ottawa and he won't feature in Friday's matchup against Winnipeg, either. He sustained an upper-body injury last weekend, and the team will give the veteran all the time he needs to get healthy. There's a holiday break coming up, so Oshie will get extended time off until Dec. 27. Injuries have left their mark on Oshie's season, with him sitting on only 11 points in 22 games. He is averaging a career-low 0.50 points per game, but with him being a 0.70-point guy throughout his career, it's safe to assume that the second half of the season will be much better for Oshie.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
