5 years agoDetroit Lions rookie tight end T.J. Hockenson (concussion, shoulder) will not be placed on Injured Reserve after landing hard on his right shoulder and head and knocking himself out in the Week 4 loss to the Chiefs. It was a scary scene on Sunday, as Hockenson had to be carted off the field. There's no other update on his injuries, although it seems likely that he'll have to miss some time. The good news is that Detroit is on their bye in Week 5, so he'll have extra time to heal up. If Hockenson misses any games, Jesse James would be next in line for playing time at the position.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
