2 years agoTampa Bay Lightning center Steven Stamkos returned from a brief stint on the sidelines with a three-point performance against New Jersey Thursday night, playing a key role in a 4-3 shootout victory with two goals and an assist. Stamkos, who missed a clash with the Devils on Tuesday due to a minor knee issue, set up Ross Colton for a goal with just 1:09 played in the game and had one goal in both the second and third period. His second marker came on the power play. Stamkos needs one more goal for his eighth 30-goal campaign and he has delivered 40 assists in 68 games over the course of the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
