Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos tied a franchise record with a four-goal outing in Thursday's 7-4 road victory over the Oilers. He started the damage early with a power-play goal and had a couple of even-strength tallies and an empty-netter in the third period to help Tampa Bay turn a 3-2 deficit into a comfortable victory. Stamkos had scored just one goal in his previous eight outings. Recent times haven't been very productive for Stamkos, but he's averaging over a point per game, boasting 14 goals and 16 assists following 28 appearances. The Lightning captain is playing for a new contract and has yet to go three consecutive games without a point this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
