5/29:Cleveland Indians pitching prospect Shane Bieber will make his major league debut on Thursday against the Twins in order to give an extra day of rest to Trevor Bauer, according to manager Terry Francona in his Monday pre-game press conference. Bieber just threw a rain-shortened no-hitter in his last Triple-A start and has held opposing batters to a .183 average while sporting a 0.70 WHIP this season. Control is Bieber's calling card, as he has three walks in 65 1/3 minor league innings this year to go along with 61 strikeouts. He'll likely only be up for a spot start, but for those players trying to snag the next big pitching prospect off the wire, here he is.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
