Sergio Garcia Not A Threat To Win U.S. Open
7 years agoSergio Garcia has played in the biggest tournaments in the world throughout his career, and despite capturing his first major title at last year's Masters, it's hard to imagine him having much success in the U.S. Open this week. Since that Masters win, Garcia has a T21 and T37 finish to go along with two straight missed cuts at the last four majors. His recent form hasn't been much better, as he has four missed cuts in his last five starts, with a 70th-place showing at the Players Championship being the only time he has played all four rounds over that stretch. It's hard to see Garcia having much success this week at the tough Shinnecock Hills golf course, and he is little more than a DFS dart throw.
