Sean Newcomb Has Rough Outing Vs. Yankees
6 years agoIt may have been the heat dome on Tuesday, but Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Sean Newcomb did not look effective. When he left the game after 2 2/3 innings, having surrendered five runs on three hits, his uniform was soaked in sweat. Part of that might have been from nerves about his facing the Yankees, but it was likely the heavy humidity. His next start will be in Milwaukee, where the roof should protect him from any heat. Keep him in your lineup.
