4 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) and defensive end Frank Clark (knee) are questionable for Week 9 against the Panthers. Watkins was limited in practice all week, so he has a shot at returning for the first time since Week 5. Like both Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson, Watkins will be a risky boom/bust WR4/flex if he returns to the field on Sunday. The 27-year-old had 21 catches on 29 targets for 222 yards and two touchdowns before his injury, but fantasy managers shouldn't be too quick to expect immediate production from Watkins in an offense with plenty of other weapons. But if he is lingering on your waiver wire and you need some receiver depth, Watkins isn't a bad pickup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
