Sammy Watkins Looks to End Scoreless Drought
5 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins has been unable to live up to the hype of his enormous Week 1 performance against the Jaguars. He caught three touchdowns for almost 200 total yards in that one. Watkins hasn't been able to get over 64 yards in any game since that Week 1 contest. He's been able to hold some fantasy value, but what hurts is the fact Watkins hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1. It's been tough to own Watkins besides in PPR formats because he doesn't score. He's heading into a matchup with the Chicago Bears in Week 16. Watkins would love to catch a touchdown and end this streak. However, fantasy owners should be cautious and consider Watkins a WR3 for Sunday.
