2 years agoSt. Louis Blues center Ryan O'Reilly helped his team to a 5-2 win over Chicago Wednesday night, producing a short-handed goal and delivering one assist. His goal, which came 8:08 into the second period, ended up being the game-winning tally. O'Reilly's assist came a few minutes before the first intermission when Calle Rosen scored. The Blues have been a major letdown early in the season and it's affected everybody on the roster. O'Reilly's start was so poor that he recorded just one point from the first 10 games of the campaign. However, the team has now turned the corner, and it's helped O'Reilly to pick up some nice momentum, with him averaging a point a night across the last five games.
