Edmonton Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored two goals and an assist Friday night as the Oilers fell 5-3 to the Wild. In a night where Edmonton's goal production was matched by a single Minnesota player, Jared Spurgeon, Nugent-Hopkins did his part by factoring in on each of his team's goals. It was only Nugent-Hopkins' second game of more than two points this season, but he is riding a hot streak of 11 points in his last seven games. He has also received over 21 minutes of ice time in each of those games, no doubt due in part to the absence of teammate Connor McDavid. Now, with 17 goals and 31 assists in 55 games this season, and skating on the top line and top power-play unit, Nugent-Hopkins is a must-start for as long as McDavid remains out of the lineup.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
