Russell Westbrook Hits Season Averages In Triple-Double
Russell Westbrook was right on the mark during Thursday’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, squarely landing on his season averages en route to another triple-double. Westbrook finished with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, shooting 8-for-24 overall, including 1-for-9 from deep without Paul George on the scene. Westbrook returned to the triple-double column after a three-game absence; he has now logged double-digit rebound totals in 17 consecutive games. He next faces the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday, whom he dished out a career-high 24 assists against back on Jan. 10.
