7 months agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Rowdy Tellez was 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI during an 11-6 loss to the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday. The 24-year-old slugger needed a performance like this as he was batting just .191 over his past 30 games. Tellez has 13 HRs and 34 RBI on the season, but his .220/.266/.444 slash line leaves a lot to be desired. He also strikes out in 30.8 percent of his at-bats. Tellez is solely an option in AL-only leagues at this point as he offers power at the expense of poor ratios.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
