Miami Dolphins left tackle Terron Armstead is expected to meet with the team's front office soon to discuss his plans for 2025. The Athletic's Dianna Russini explains that a decision on his future isn't easy because he's 33 years old and has a salary cap hit just north of $22 million in each of the final two years of his deal. It's clear that Miami is already thinking about the future at the left-tackle position after they drafted Patrick Paul in the second round in 2024. Armstead has dealt with plenty of injuries in recent seasons and even admitted that he's contemplating retirement this offseason. The five-time Pro Bowler has started 38 games in his three seasons with the Dolphins after originally being taken in the third round (75th overall) in the 2013 draft by the New Orleans Saints out of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Despite dealing with injuries, Armstead graded out very well as a pass-blocker in 15 games in 2024.--Keith Hernandez
