Redskins Believe In Dwayne Haskins
5 years agoThe Washington Redskins believe quarterback Dwayne Haskins needs to work on getting the ball out quicker, but that he can make all the necessary throws. They like his pocket presence and have expressed a lot of confidence in his potential. Haskins has been working hard in the offseason and taking it very seriously. ESPN.com's Matthew Berry expects Haskins to open the 2020 season as their starter under center. Haskins looked like a deer in headlights when he was on the field in his rookie season, but the 'Skins also didn't have a ton of weapons at his disposal. Washington is still in rebuild mode, so there should still be a lot of ups and downs and development taking place for Haskins in his second season. He's still a more attractive dynasty asset than one in redraft leagues for 2020.
