Ravens Request to Interview Joe Brady for Head-Coaching Job
The Baltimore Ravens have requested to interview Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady for their head-coaching position, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Brady will be able to interview with Baltimore after his team faces the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Wild-Card round of the playoffs on Sunday. The Ravens are searching for a new head coach for the first time in 18 years after firing John Harbaugh this week. Baltimore has requested to interview nine head-coaching candidates so far, four defensive coordinators, and five of the brightest and most well-respected offensive play-callers around the league. It helps that Brady has had quarterback Josh Allen to work with in Buffalo, but he's still considered one of the top offensive coordinators in the league after the Bills scored 28.3 points per game in 2025, fourth-most in the NFL. If Brady were to get the job in Baltimore, he'd be tasked with turning around quarterback Lamar Jackson after a disappointing and injury-riddled season.
