When asked at the NFL league meetings on Wednesday about the future of head coach Antonio Pierce, owner Mark Davis declined to commit to bringing him back in 2025. It really shouldn't come as a surprise with the Raiders riding a nine-game losing streak. They are currently sitting at 2-11 on the year and are tied for the league's worst record. "I'm very disappointed, obviously. I want to see progress," Davis said. It's not looking good for Pierce sticking around, but Davis reiterated that no final decision has been made, and Pierce still has four games left to try and turn it around. Davis' tone has changed in the last couple of months regarding Pierce and is no longer giving him a vote of confidence. When it comes to general manager Tom Telesco, Davis said he'll be evaluated separately from Pierce. Pierce had a nine-game stint as the interim head coach in 2023, while this is Telesco's first year on the job.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
