The Detroit Lions selected Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus with the No. 166 overall pick in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. Cephus isn't huge (6-foot-1, 202 pounds), but he's built and shows great after-the-catch skills down the field. The big concern with Cephus is his small hands, as he dropped too many passes in college. He could be quickly out of a roster spot in Detroit if that concern continues into the next level. It takes him a while to reach top speed off the line, and he won't be running by many cornerbacks in the NFL.--Keith Hernandez
