1 year agoDenver Broncos running back Royce Freeman has yet to practice with the team this week and appears unlikely to suit up for the team's Week 9 matchup against the Houston Texans, opening the door for running back Phillip Lindsay to see the bulk of the carries for the second straight week. Lindsay has been highly productive this season while making his case for waiver wire MVP consideration. However, the Texans will present one of his stiffest tests yet as they head into this matchup holding opposing backs to 3.6 yards per carry (sixth-fewest) and the ninth-fewest scrimmage yards at 119.25 per game, limiting Lindsay to the RB2 realm.--Leonard Francis II - RotoBaller
