Phil Mickelson is set to appear at this week's 3M Open. Mickelson logged a win in early 2019, but his game has dropped off sharply over the past few months. He hasn't logged a top-25 finish since the Masters in April. The 49-year-old appears to have discovered Twitter this year and it seems as though crushing social media is currently a higher priority than winning golf tournaments. As for his prospects at this week's 3M Open, the extremely wide fairways at TPC Twin Cities should be advantageous for the wildly inaccurate Mickelson, but it would be surprising to see him in contention.
