Pheonix Copley Faces Blues On Sunday
12 months agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Pheonix Copley will head out for his 23rd win of the campaign Sunday against the Blues. The Kings complete a back-to-back set and Copley will take the baton from Joonas Korpisalo, who beat Winnipeg 4-1 with 25 saves on Saturday. It will be the 11th straight game with a different starter for the Kings. Copley has done his job admirably all season, producing a 22-4-3 record, while giving up 2.61 goals per game with a .904 save percentage and one shutout. Copley and the Kings are heavy favorites for the contest, but St. Louis has gone 4-0-1 in its last five games, so things could get tricky for the hosts Sunday.
