The St. Louis Blues acquired forward Pavel Buchnevich from the New York Rangers on Friday in exchange for forward Sammy Blais and a 2022 second-round draft pick. Buchnevich, who is currently a restricted free agent, is coming off his best NHL season yet - having posted 48 points (20 goals, 28 assists), a plus-12 rating and 120 shots in 54 games in 2020-2021. The 26-year-old should be a valuable member of the Blues' top-six forward group next season and will likely be an attractive mid-round fantasy draft selection this fall. Blais contributed 15 points (eight goals, seven assists), an even-rating, 31 shots and 103 hits in 36 games last season.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
