Paulo Orlando Recalled From Triple-A
7 years agoHaving traded away their starting center fielder, the Kansas City Royals summoned Paulo Orlando back from Triple-A Omaha on Thursday, promptly starting him against Oakland. Stepping right in where he left off in April prior to his demotion, Orlando went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts as the Royals lost once again. Orlando hit .300 with five home runs during his 35-game stint at Triple-A, but he hasn't hit above .200 in the majors since 2016 and will only have fantasy value if he gets really hot. Owners should look elsewhere for now unless they're in an extremely deep league.
