The New England Patriots D/ST is a borderline top-12 option heading into Week 5 versus the New Orleans Saints. While the Patriots' defense is no longer the elite unit that it once was, it bears mentioning that New England drew a tough start to the season with games against the Eagles, Dolphins, and Cowboys. The Saints, on the other hand, aren't as daunting. New Orleans' offense has allowed opposing D/ST scores to score 7.0 fantasy points per game, which ranks 15th-most in the NFL. The Saints have also surrendered the fourth-most sacks per game (4.0) and 12th-most interceptions per game (0.7).
