The Green Bay Packers and Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander are finalizing a four-year, $84 million contract extension on Monday, according to a source. The deal includes $31 million this year, which is a new record for a defensive back. He will receive $42.5 million by March. Alexander was a first-time Pro Bowler in 2020, but he was only able to play in four regular season games last year due to a shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 4. The 25-year-old should be ready to go for the 2022 season and will look to return to his pre-injury form as the highest-paid defensive back in the league.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
