Vancouver Canucks defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson sustained a lower-body injury in Wednesday's game against the Rangers. He appeared to have injured his left leg in the second period and finished with only 4:48 of ice time. Ekman-Larsson was minus-one for the contest. The 31-year-old had endured a horrible season in Vancouver and a serious injury would be the latest blow for him. Through 54 games, Ekman-Larsson has collected 22 points in 54 games with 90 shots on net, 58 hits, 43 blocks and a minus-24 rating. The team also lost Curtis Lazar to a lower-body injury Wednesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
