Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines (shoulder) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday. Barring a setback later this week, Hines should be active for a Week 4 matchup against the 3-0 Bears. Fantasy managers that snagged Hines off the waiver wire after Marlon Mack suffered a season-ending injury have been disappointed so far, as Hines has carried the ball just seven times and has six targets in the passing game the last two weeks. The 23-year-old needs positive game script with the Colts behind in order to see enough passing-game targets to make him worth a flex play in deeper PPR formats. Rookie Jonathan Taylor should continue to dominate the team's rushing attempts.--Keith Hernandez
