1 year agoIndianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen said that he didn't have an update on running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) on Thursday. Taylor remains on the Physically Unable to Perform list with an ankle injury that limited the 2021 All-Pro to 11 games in 2022. He was a huge bust as the first overall pick in most fantasy drafts last year, finishing with 861 yards and four touchdowns on 192 carries in his third NFL season. The 24-year-old is also unhappy with his contract and recently requested a trade. The longer it takes Taylor to get back on the field at training camp this summer, the more tenuous his fantasy value as an RB1 becomes. Even if Taylor is ready to go for Week 1 of the regular season, he might not be 100 percent and could be eased in.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
