No Injury Designation For Tua Tagovailoa
3 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (finger) practiced in full for the second straight day on Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation into the team's Week 11 contest against the New York Jets. Tagovailoa didn't start the last two games after suffering a fractured middle finger on his left hand, but he came into the game last Thursday in relief of Jacoby Brissett (knee) and led the team to a win over the Baltimore Ravens. The 23-year-old shouldn't be limited on Sunday and has a great matchup against a New York defense that has allowed 283.2 passing yards per game (second-most in the NFL). The jury is still out on Tagovailoa in his second season, but he has at least played well against bad teams when he's been healthy. He'll be a strong QB2 play this weekend.
