Derek Carr will be plenty happy, as Martin, like Hudson, is one of the best pass-blocking centers in the league.

Former Houston Texans center Nick Martin signed an undisclosed deal with the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday, according to a source. Martin started 62 games for the Texans and will replace All-Pro center Rodney Hudson, who was traded to the Arizona Cardinals this week. Martin, a second-round pick in 2016, has started every game that he's appeared in his four NFL seasons and hasn't missed a single game in the last three years. He was widely considered one of the top available centers on the open market. Quarterback Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport
