Defenseman Nick Holden has decided to end his playing career in the NHL and join the Vegas Golden Knights in a development role. The 36-year-old is a former Vegas player and skated for six teams in total during his 12-year career. He spent the last two campaigns with the Ottawa Senators. In 654 career games, Holden registered 52 goals and 126 assists.
