Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon (lower body) will miss his second consecutive game on Saturday as the team completes a back-to-back set against Los Angeles. Tyson Jost took over as the first-line center in Friday's 3-2 win over the Kings and is expected to continue in the role Saturday night. The 23-year-old has recorded 15 points in 50 games this year. MacKinnon bagged 20 goals and 65 points in 47 outings before getting hurt. He's listed day-to-day, so the Avalanche should get their star centerman back for the postseason at least.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
