Nathan Eovaldi Exits Start with Triceps Fatigue
Nathan Eovaldi (triceps) left Tuesday's start against the Blue Jays after only two innings due to triceps fatigue. It was a precautionary move, and he's not expected to miss time, reports Jared Sandler. He didn't allow a run through the two innings he did pitch, allowing two hits and striking out two, so nothing looked noticeably wrong when he was on the mound. He would be set to face the Rays in his next start on June 3, but the Rangers may opt to give him some extra rest before taking the mound again.
