Miles Sanders Questionable to Return With Ankle Injury
Miles Sanders (ankle) suffered an ankle injury in the first half of Sunday night's game against the visiting Green Bay Packers and is questionable to return, according to Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News. Before his injury, Sanders had only two carries for eight yards while catching both of his targets for an additional 17 yards. With rookie Jaydon Blue inactive for the fourth straight week to open his rookie season, Hunter Luepke will be the backup to starter Javonte Williams if Sanders cannot return in the second half. If Sanders does not return on Sunday night and is unable to get the green light to play in Week 5 against the New York Jets, Blue would almost certainly be active for the first time in 2025. Sanders came into Week 4 with 18 carries for 109 yards (6.1 yards per carry) and a touchdown while adding six catches for 13 yards
