6 months agoAtlanta Braves starter Mike Soroka allowed six hits across seven scoreless innings during a 4-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Sunday. He struck out nine batters while walking one. The Canadian right-hander has been a revelation in the Braves' rotation this season. He owns a 10-1 record to go along with a 2.24 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, and an 82/22 K/BB ratio. The 21-year-old has been one of the best pitchers in the National League throughout the first half of the season. He will look to keep it rolling against the Washington Nationals in his next projected start.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
