Montreal Canadiens defenseman Mike Reilly scored his first goal for the team on Wednesday, netting the second goal on a power play in a 3-2 win over St. Louis. Charles Hudon and Jonathan Drouin had the assists. Reilly played 19 games for the Habs last season and had eight points with no goals, but he's been much sharper this year with three points in six games. His goal against the Blues was actually Montreal's first this season by a defenseman, and there should be more to come. Reilly is an offensive-minded defenseman, who's he's getting plenty of looks to produce points, averaging 22:57 on the ice.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
