Mike Glennon Moving In The Right Direction
3 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Mike Glennon (concussion) is "moving in the right direction" to play on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Glennon took part in drills during Wednesday workout and will be limited on Thursday. It sounds like he'll be available for everything, and he's scheduled to be a full participant on Friday while going up against "contact." The Giants continue to say that they're optimistic that Glennon can play in Week 14 with Daniel Jones (neck) likely to miss his second straight game. Glennon will be a much better option for the G-Men under center than Jake Fromm, who has yet to play an NFL snap, but Glennon will remain just an emergency QB2 option in superflex against a strong Chargers secondary if he's active.
