Mike Clevinger Likely To Return In Late July
Mike Clevinger (biceps) is hopeful to get back on the field soon. Manager Pedro Grifol announced that Clevinger could return during the first or second trip through the rotation after the All-Star break. At the moment, it's unclear if the White Sox plan on having Clevinger go through a minor league rehab assignment. He has been sidelined since mid-June due to soreness in his biceps. Before that, Clevinger posted a 3.88 ERA, 1.36 WHIP through 12 starts with the White Sox. He'll likely be back in late July given the timetable from Grifol.
