Mike Boone Not A Good Fantasy Option In Week 18
Carolina Panthers running back Mike Boone rushed for 11 yards on two carries during Sunday's 48-14 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. The Panthers signed Boone to their active roster last Saturday after Chuba Hubbard (calf, knee) was placed on injured reserve. The Panthers fell behind early in Week 17 and never had much of a chance to establish the ground game. Boone was also out-touched by fellow teammate Raheem Blackshear eight to two. This week, the Panthers travel to Atlanta to take on the Falcons, who have allowed the 10th fewest points to opposing running backs on the season. Boone is not a good fantasy option in Week 18, and fantasy managers should look elsewhere for production at the running back position. Boone comes in as RB51 in the latest RotoBaller running back rankings for Week 18.
