11 months agoSan Jose Sharks forward Mikael Granlund sustained an upper-body injury in Tuesday's game against Chicago. He logged 16:43 of ice time in the contest, finishing with one shot, one block, and one hit. It was a quiet night for Granlund, but he's been one of the best players on the worst team in the league. Through 38 outings, Granlund has had five goals and a team-high 24 assists. With San Jose off until Saturday, Granlund gets some good recovery time, although the severity of his injury is unclear, and he might still be forced to miss some action.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
