5 years agoDetroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. Cabrera will get a regular day off here, so he should be back in the lineup next game. Nicholas Castellanos will serve as the designated hitter and bat third versus righty Jacob Waguespack.
