4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Michael King earned a spot on the Opening Day roster as one of the standouts of summer camp, and the 25-year-old is a candidate to open the third game of the season against the Nationals, along with Chad Green and Jonathan Loaisiga. King is the team's No. 25 prospect, per MLB Pipeline. The right-hander has a high floor as a rotation piece for the Yanks, and his fastball command is his key to success. He's one to keep an eye on in dynasty/keeper leagues and AL-only formats, but he won't have much single-year or DFS appeal in an opener role if he gets the nod this weekend in Washington, D.C.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
