Melvin Gordon III Sees Plenty Of Carries Again

Baltimore Ravens running back Melvin Gordon III saw the bulk of the backfield work during the first half of the team's preseason contest on Monday night. After seeing six carries in the preseason opener, he saw eight carries against the Washington Commanders and turned it into 34 yards. He also had one catch for just one yard. While he's seeing plenty of opportunities, Gordon is still in a battle with Keaton Mitchell and Justice Hill for the final roster spots in the backfield. Even though he's proven to have some gas left in the tank, Mitchell and Hill seem to be more versatile at the moment.
