Mayra Bueno Silva (10-4-1, one no-contest) suffered a second-round stoppage loss to Macy Chiasson on Saturday at UFC 303. Silva was coming off a decision loss to Raquel Pennington for the bantamweight title back in January. The first round was very competitive, as Chiasson out-struck Silva 50 to 47, but the Brazilian did land the better shots and was credited with 42 being significant compared to Chiasson's 37. In the second round, Chiasson got Silva down and landed a massive elbow that opened up a nasty cut on the Brazilian's forehead. The referee stopped the fight, and the doctor said the cut was too deep and the fight was called. With the loss, Silva is now 5-4-1 with a no-contest in the UFC and is on a two-fight losing streak.--Cole Shelton
