10 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy (hand) is back at third base and is hitting cleanup for the Dodgers in Saturday's Cactus League contest versus the Chicago Cubs. Muncy was forced from Wednesday's game early against the Texas Rangers after getting hit by a pitch on his hand, but X-rays came back negative and he's already back in action this weekend. The 33-year-old veteran left-handed slugger dodged a bullet and will be ready for the two-game series in Korea against the division-rival San Diego Padres on March 20-21. Muncy can lift the ball in the air and hit homers with the best of them while driving in plenty of runs in one of the best lineups in the league, but he's becoming pretty injury-prone as he ages and will be a big batting-average drain for fantasy teams.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
