Florida Panthers right wing Matthew Tkachuk had three points in a third consecutive game in the team's historic 9-5 win over Montreal Thursday. The Panthers set a new franchise record with seven first-period goals, becoming only the fourth team in NHL history to grab as many goals inside the opening 20 minutes. Tkachuk played his part in the scoring surge with two assists and later posted his 31st goal of the season. He joined Pavel Bure as only the second Florida player in history to register a three-game three-point streak. Tkachuk's debut campaign with the Panthers just keeps getting better and better, and he now boasts 91 points in 65 games for the year.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
