Matt Fitzpatrick comes into the Valspar Championship off a missed cut at The Players Championship. It's becoming a bit of a trend for Fitzpatrick missing two of his last three cuts, and three of his last five. However, looking back a year, Fitzpatrick missed the cut at the 2022 Players Championship, and followed it up with a T5 finish at Valspar. It should be noted, Fitzpatrick was playing much better in 2022 coming into The Players than he was this season. Outside of that T5 finish last season, Fitzpatrick missed his only other cut at Valspar in 2018. In terms of fantasy, Fitzpatrick will have top-tier DFS salary this week, which is risky due to his lack of recent success and inconsistent play. --Kasey Kuhrts - RotoBaller
