7 months agoWashington Nationals first baseman Matt Adams led the team's scoring outburst in a 15-5 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks Sunday by going 2-for-5 with two home runs, a three-run shot in the third inning and a grand slam in the eighth for seven total RBI. Adams raised his season line to .258/.285/.532 with the performance. He also homered Saturday for three total over two games. It has been a slow and injury-riddled start to the year for Adams, who remains more of an NL-only and deep league option, although he also may have some short-term value in OPS leagues.--Nate Green - RotoBaller
